4 Busted In Danbury Armed Robbery After Officers Spot Getaway Car: Police

Police in Connecticut arrested four people — including one minor — in connection with a robbery of a Main Street business in Fairfield County over the weekend, authorities said.

Danbury Police were called to a robbery on Saturday, Nov. 2, at the business after three people entered, one with a handgun, authorities said. 

Police did not identify the business or say what was taken. 

The robbers jumped into a black sedan after the heist and sped away, authorities said. However, Danbury Police spotted the vehicle a short time later on East Franklin Street. 

The three adults arrested and their charges are: 

Deyvson Alves-Moreira, age 26, is charged with carrying a firearm without a permit, possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, possession of a large-capacity magazine, risk of injury to a child, third-degree theft, first-degree robbery, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree threatening while displaying a firearm and first-degree reckless endangerment. 

Luis Felipe Pereira-Dasilva, age 19, is charged with possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, risk of injury to a child, third-degree theft, first-degree robbery, second-degree breach of peace, first-degree threatening while displaying a firearm, and first-degree reckless endangerment. 

Ana Ribeiro Dos Santos, age 30, is charged with theft, robbery, breach of peace, threatening, reckless endangerment and conspiracy charges, police said. 

The minor's name and their charges were not released.
