Video Surveillance Nabs 6 Teens Burglarizing CT Home Under Construction, Police Say Six teens were nabbed allegedly burglarizing a home under construction in Fairfield County. The incident took place in Darien around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 25. According to Sgt. Dan Skoumbros of the Darien Police, officers responded to a Middlesex Road residence on a report of an active residential burglary/trespassing incident. Man Trespasses At CT Smoke Shop, Damages Window A Connecticut man was charged with alleged trespassing after throwing an item at a window inside a smoke shop damaging it and then returning again the next day. The incident took place in New Haven County at the Old Glory Smoke Shop at 1250 Boston Post Road on Friday, Aug. 4, and Saturday, Aug. 5 in Milford. Man Nabbed For Trespassing Inside Occupied CT Home, Police Say A man was arrested for allegedly trespassing inside an occupied home and then running from police in Fairfield County. Lowell Nicholas, age 26, of Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 31, after entering a Wilton home. 24-Year-Old Arrested After Trying To Access Tiger Enclosure At Zoo In New England, Police Say A man has been arrested after police say he tried to access the tiger enclosure at a zoo in the region. At approximately 9 a.m. Monday, Feb. 21, Massachusetts State Police troopers responded to the Franklin Park Zoo in Boston, where security staff had detained the man who they say broke into the zoo and was attempting to gain access to the enclosure.  The man, identified as Matthew Abraham, age 24, of Worcester, was stopped by security before he could access the enclosure and was not harmed, police said.
