Speeding 22-Year-Old Nabbed In CT For DUI, Driving On Suspended License, Police Say A speeding 22-year-old Fairfield County man was charged with allegedly driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license. Pedro Jesus Aguilar Madrid, of Stamford, was stopped on Thursday, Nov. 23, in Wilton driving a Ford Fusion for driving 68 mph in a 30 mph zone, said Wilton Police. During the stop, Madrid was found to be under the influence of alcohol, said Lt. Anna Tornello, of the Wilton Police. Fairfield Countyt resident William Hill, of Bridgeport, was arrested just after 10:30 p.m. on July 19 after being stopped in Springfield by officers on Dickson Street for driving an unregistered vehicle, police said. CT Man Charged After Handgun Found During Traffic Stop, Troopers Say A 24-year-old man with an expired license was found in illegal possession of a handgun during a Hudson Valley traffic stop, police reported.  Fairfield County resident Bryon Bloomfield, of Norwalk, was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm on Friday, July 22, according to New York State Police. Man Found Sleeping In Stolen Car On I-91, Police Say A man is facing a host of charges after police say he was found sleeping inside a stolen vehicle in Connecticut. On Friday, Nov. 26, at approximately 2 p.m., Connecticut State Police troopers responded to the area of I-91, Exit 6 in New Haven after a report of an unresponsive man sitting in a parked vehicle.
