Fatal Crash: 34-Year-Old ID'd As Victim On CT Roadway A 34-year-old man was killed in a crash when the Jeep he was driving collided with a Toyota Supra that was merging onto a roadway in Fairfield County. The crash took place in Trumbull on Route 8 around 8:25 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 6 in the southbound lanes near Exit 8, said the Connecticut State Police.  Killed in the crash was Norwalk resident Daniel Demichael, who was driving a 2004 Jeep Wrangler, state police said. Moose Struck, Killed By Car On CT Highway Days after state officials put out warning for drivers to be on the lookout for moose along the state's highways, one was hit and killed by a vehicle. The incident took place in New Haven County around 6:50 a.m., Wednesday, May 17 in North Haven on northbound Route 15 -- known as the Wilbur Cross Parkway -- near exit 63, said the Connecticut State Police.
