Man Killed After Truck Strikes Car, Overturns Into Ditch On Route 164 In Preston A 39-year-old man was killed after losing control of his truck on a Connecticut road and hitting another car before overturning into a ditch, police said.  The crash happened in New London County on Sunday, Dec. 10 just after 5 p.m., when a Dodge Ram driven by 39-year-old Matthew Babcock of Lisbon was traveling north around a curve in the area of 509 Route 164 in Preston, according to state police.
