DUI Crash: Woman Hits Boyfriend With Car In New London County, Police Say A Connecticut woman has been arrested after a lengthy investigation determined that she purposefully hit her boyfriend with a car and was driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, police said. On Wednesday, Sept. 20, 37-year-old New London County resident Gabrielle Delvalle-Colon, of the town of Sprague, was arrested for her alleged actions for a crash that happened seven months prior. CT Man High On Drugs Attempts To Kidnap Child From Car, Police Say A Fairfield County man who police say was high on drugs was captured after allegedly attempting to take a child out of a car and from a woman. The incident occurred in Norwalk around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 6 in front of a home on Bouton Street. Norwalk Police patrol officers responded to a report of a man who tried to take a child out of a vehicle. The woman told police that once she unbuckled the child’s seatbelt in the rear of the vehicle, an unknown man reached into the vehicle and began to remove the child from the car, said Lt.
