CT Woman In Stolen Vehicle Rams Cruisers, Almost Hits Officer, Police Say A Connecticut woman was charged with four counts of alleged evading responsibility after she was caught in a stolen vehicle and rammed police vehicles and nearly hit an officer in an effort to get away.
