Fatal Hit-Run Crash: 41-Year-Old CT Man Left Lying In Roadway As Driver Flees A 41-year-old Connecticut man was killed by a hit-and-run driver and left lying on the roadway as the driver fled. The crash took place in New Haven County around 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 7 at the intersection of Haven Street and Clay Street. The victim, identified as Jose Rodriguez, of New Haven, was driving a Suzuki motorcycle north on Haven Street when he was hit by an unknown green sedan that was traveling west on Clay Street toward Haven Street when the crash occurred, said Captain Rose Dell of the New Haven Police. CT Man, 23, Found Shot To Death Hanging Halfway Out Of Car, Police Say A 23-year-old Connecticut man was found shot to death hanging half out of a vehicle. The incident took place in Hartford around 1:50 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 21, in the area of Canton Street at Donald Street. According to Lt. Aaron Boisvert, of the Hartford Police, officers responded to the area for a report of an unresponsive man. Upon arrival, officers found Jose Rodriguez, age 23, of Manchester, partially inside a vehicle suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, Boisvert said.
