27-Year-Old Charged For Crash That Injured Ledyard Fire Chief A man allegedly involved in a serious crash that injured a Connecticut fire chief turned himself in to police. New London County resident Kevin Dingman, age 27, of Griswold, surrendered to the Ledyard Police Department on Tuesday, March 5 for the crash which took place in January.
