New Restaurant Holds Soft Opening In CT: 'We're Thrilled To Welcome You' If you're feeling some Chinese food or sushi, a newly transformed eatery in Connecticut that just held a soft opening may be the perfect spot to try.  Middlesex County's Yu's Fusion, located in Middletown at 220 Main St., held a soft opening on Tuesday, Feb. 6, the eatery announced on social media.
