19-Year-Old Meriden Woman Killed In Crash On Way Home From Work, Police Say A 19-year-old Connecticut woman died after crashing her car into a tree while driving home from work. Police received multiple reports of a rollover crash in New Haven County in the area of 154 Research Parkway in Meriden at about 3 a.m. on Saturday, March 19. Authorities found the driver, identified as Yanilis Santiago, of Middletown, trapped in her 2005 Honda Civic, which had come to a rest on its roof after striking the tree, according to the Meriden Police Department.
