Manhunt: 2 New Britain Men Stole Car, Submachine Gun Before Hours-Long Search, Police Say
Two Connecticut men, including one who was the subject of an hours-long manhunt in Westchester, face charges after stealing a vehicle, a submachine gun, and a semiautomatic handgun, police said.
The incident began on Monday, April 24 around 1:30 p.m., when Westchester County Police were alerted that a stolen black Audi from Fairfield County was traveling near the border of Pelham and Mount Vernon, according to the department.

A Connecticut drug dealer was busted after allegedly ramming police cars repeatedly in an effort to get away.

Suspect In Foxwoods Shooting Arrested By US Marshals, Police Say
A man wanted in connection to a shooting at a Connecticut casino has been apprehended by police and US Marshals.
On Thursday, Jan. 7, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, as well as members of the police department in Worcester, Massachusetts, arrested Barry Jump, age 29, of Worcester, , in connection with a shooting, about an hour’s drive away, at Foxwoods Casino in Ledyard, Connecticut, police said.

Stratford Man Nabbed In Stolen Porsche Takes Cops On Chase, Then Crashes
A Fairfield County man was arrested after allegedly crashing a stolen Porsche after police attempted to pull him over.
Christopher Mulkern, age 21, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 3, after Strafford Police officers spotted a stolen 2018 Porsche Panamera traveling on Bruce Ave., said Capt. Paul DosSantos.
When the driver, Mulkern, of Stratford, discovered police cars behind him, he accelerated into the car in front of him forcing it to the side of the road, and then entered the intersection crashing into a vehicle traveling on Boston Avenue, DosSantos said.

Feds: Man Stole, Sold Tires, Rims From Luxury Milford, Waterbury Dealers
An out-of-state man has indicted by a grand jury on charges that he ran a scheme to steal tires ad rims from new vehicles at luxury car dealerships in Westchester, Fairfield and New Haven counties and elsewhere.
