CT Man Charged With Sexual Assault Of Minor A Fairfield County man is behind bars on a $1 million bond after being charged with the alleged sexual assault of a minor. Marc Lugo, age 30, of Norwalk, was charged on Friday, May 31 following a months-long investigation. According to Lt. Tomasz Podgorski of the Norwalk Police, the department received a complaint of sexual assault of a minor in February. The Special Victims Unit assumed the investigation. The incident occurred in Westport around 3;15 a.m., Sunday, March 10. According to the Connecticut State Police, Cory Gomes. age 22, of Fairfield, was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes on I-95 near Exit 17 in Westport in a Honda CRV when he drove through a construction area and crashed.
