2 Meriden Men Arrested, Guns Seized After Fight In Hookah Lounge Three men were arrested and multiple guns were seized after a fight inside a Manchester hookah lounge, police said.  The disturbance happened on Sunday, Feb. 12, when police responded to the Empire Hookah Lounge located at 397 Broad St. around 3 a.m. for a reported fight, according to Manchester Police. Before arriving at the lounge, police were told that multiple people involved in the fight had entered a vehicle and fled the scene while one of the occupants displayed a gun. Duo Charged After Shots Fired Following Altercation In Meriden Two Connecticut men were arrested after an altercation outside a nightclub led to gunfire. Richard Ortiz, age 44, and Anthony Terrence Pooser, age 36, both of Meriden, were arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 13, after Meriden police responded to a call for shots fired. Their arrests stemmed from an investigation conducted into an altercation that took place outside of the One Twelve Lounge located at 278 W. Main St. that resulted in shots being fired, said Meriden PD Lt. J. Mennone.  There were no injuries sustained in the incident. Ortiz was charged with criminal possession of a firearm …
