CT Native Actor Treat Williams Killed In Crash
Connecticut native and well-known actor Treat Williams best known for his role in the TV show "Everwood" and the movie "Hair," was killed in a crash in Vermont. Williams, who grew up in Fairfield County, in the city of Stamford, was killed around 4:50 p.m., Monday, June 12 in Bennington County on Vermont Route 30 in Dorset. Williams was born in Stamford and grew up in Rowayton, a coastal village in the city of Norwalk. Jamie Raskin is opening up about his son's death by suicide. In a recent interview with "People" magazine, the Democratic congressman from Maryland said writing his new memoir saved his own life.
