Carjackers Scared Off By Victim's Dog Steal His Food Instead A Connecticut police department received three reports of attempted or completed car-jackings within a half-an-hour early Thursday morning.  The victims include an Uber driver, a Door Dash delivery person, and a couple of people at a park on Thursday, Oct. 22. The first such incident was reported a little after midnight, at 12:30 a.m. Police responded to the 300 block of Goodrich Street for a report of an armed robbery and attempted carjacking.
