An application for a restaurant liquor permit has been filed for 93 Campbell Ave., in West Haven. This address most recently hosted HerSoul, a Colombian cafe that opened in 2018. But before that, it was the infamous Peroles. Peroles restaurant slowly turned into more of a bar and nightclub over the years.
