Woman Driving Wrong Way On North Haven Roadway Nabbed For DUI, Police Say A 36-year-old woman was charged after police said she drove the wrong way on a Connecticut highway while intoxicated. She was arrested in New Haven County at about 12:40 a.m. on Thursday, March 3, according to Connecticut State Police. Hartford County resident Natalia Moreno, of Manchester, was seen driving the wrong way on Route 15 in North Haven, traveling south in the northbound lanes, state police reported.
