New Haven Men Charged In CT Catalytic Converter Trafficking Ring Ran Out Of Warehouse: Feds Three Connecticut men have been charged in connection with a catalytic converter trafficking ring that has already resulted in the arrests of five other people, federal officials announced.  The indictment of the three men was announced on Wednesday, Nov. 29 by the US Attorney's Office for the District of Connecticut.
