Bethany Summer Camp Intern Sexually Assaults Multiple Children, Police Say A 24-year-old babysitter and summer camp employee was arrested following a sexual assault investigation that spanned over a year and a half. The New Haven County man, Anthony Mastrangelo, was arrested on Tuesday, June 25 for his alleged crimes in the town of Bethany. According to the Connecticut State Police, Mastrangelo worked as a babysitter, an after-school helper, and an intern for Bethany Parks and Recreation summer camp, where the alleged assault began in December 2022. Robert Mosley, age 54, formerly of Bridgeport and Norwalk, please guilty on Thursday, Sept. 22 in Bridgeport to possession of child pornography, said Leonard C Boyle, Acting US Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Acting State Supreme Court Justice Patricia Harrington ordered a new trial for Nassau County resident Christopher Ellis, age 51, of Hempstead on Monday, Aug. 9.  Ellis was convicted in 1993 of the second-degree murder of 25-year-old Harry Joseph Healy on Saturday, Sept. 29, 1990, by a jury based on testimony from a single eyewitness and without forensic or physical evidence.
