24-Year-Old Caught Going 120 MPH In Naugatuck: Police
A man apologized and said he does not normally speed after he was caught traveling at 120 miles per hour on a busy Connecticut roadway, police said. Hartford County resident Jean Rivera, age 24, was arrested on Tuesday, April 24 in connection with an alleged reckless driving incident that happened in New Haven County earlier in the same day, Connecticut State Police announced.
