20-Year-Old Nabbed With Gun, Drugs In CT, Police Say A Fairfield County man was busted with a gun, ammo, and drugs after a police officer was notified of a suspicious vehicle. The incident occurred in Norwalk around 10:50 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 6 in the parking garage at 30 Day St. When the officer went to check out the "suspicious" vehicle, he noticed a Glock 9mm handgun on the driver's side floorboard of the vehicle, said Lt. Joe Dinho, of the Norwalk Police. Officers also found a 33-round high-capacity magazine and oxycodone during a search, Dinho said. The 17-year-old was arrested in Stamford around 8:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 12 in the downtown area. According to Stamford Police Assistant Chief Rich Conklin, the tip said the teen, who was not identified due to his age, would walk with the gun under his arm.
