Homicide Victim In Green Store Shooting ID'd The identity of the victim of a fatal shooting on Willow Street in Waterbury was released by police, who said they have yet to identify the man who killed him.  On Sunday, Nov. 8, 45-year-old Henry Paulin was shot in the abdomen before 11 p.m. while patronizing Super Deli 5 at 173 Willow Street, known as the "Green Store," police said.
