Covid-19: Hartford And New Haven St. Patrick's Day Parades Cancelled Organizers of both the Greater Hartford and Greater New Haven St. Patrick's Day Parades have announced that their events will be canceled this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  "Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of our control, posed to the current COVID-19 health crisis, the parade has been postponed by the city of New Haven under the recommendation [of] the Governor's office," wrote organizers on their website.
