Suspect On Run Following High-Speed Crash In Orange Police in New Haven County are searching for a suspect who allegedly ran a red light at a high rate of speed in a Mercedes and slammed into another vehicle, knocking down a light pole and injuring several. The incident occurred in the town of Orange around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, at Boston Post Road in the left lane approaching Lambert Road. Francesco Pensiero, "Frank," age 51, of Stamford, admitted the 2020 robberies on Tuesday, June 4, according to Vanessa Roberts Avery, US Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Teen Nabbed With Loaded Gun After Officers Pull Over BMW In CT A 17-year-old was nabbed with a loaded handgun after being stopped in a black BMW whose tags did not match the vehicle. The teen was arrested around 9:15 p.m., Tuesday, July 20 in Stamford. Members of the Narcotics Unit who were patrolling the area of West Main and Rose Park Avenue in response to complaints of drug dealings, assaults, and other nefarious behavior, said Stamford PD Captain Richard Conklin.
