New Haven Man Threatens Milford Gas Satio Employee With Knife, Police Say A 28-year-old Connecticut man was charged with threatening after pulling a knife on a gas station employee who attempted to stop him from allegedly harassing customers.  New Haven County resident Robert Gulyban, of New Haven, was detained on Wednesday, Aug. 9 at Galaxy Fuel at 180 New Haven Ave., in Milford. On Wednesday Milford Police officers responded to Galaxy Fuel for a threatening complaint.  The victim said Gulyban was bothering customers at the gas pumps.
