Justin Ramos, age 27, of Stamford, was arrested around 7 p.m. on Friday, July 7 at Cummings Beach with a loaded gun in his backpack, said Stamford Assistant Police Chief Richard Conklin. The teen was arrested on Monday, Nov. 23 following a lengthy investigation into the thefts which took place in Milford, said the Milford Police. The investigation led to a juvenile arrest warrant being issued for larceny and burglary charges. On Friday, Sept. 18, Hartford Police said they have recovered another five stolen vehicles and one stolen firearm. The recovered cars are from Simsbury Storrs Berlin West Hartford Longmeadow, MA.
