Crash Of Tractor-Trailer Closes CT Highway For Hours, Owner Of Car Charged A Connecticut woman was arrested after a car she owns allegedly caused a rollover crash involving a tractor-trailer that shut down I-91 for hours as the vehicles were removed. The incident took place in Hartford County in Rocky Hill around 5:20 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 17.
