Kidnapping Suspect: Ansonia Man Grabs, Assaults, Drugs Victim, Police Say A victim lived through a day of fear and assaults at the hands of a Connecticut man the person knew, according to authorities. On Wednesday, July 5, Norwalk Police received a complaint that New Haven County resident Enrique Rivas-Castillo, age 23, of Ansonia, had threatened the victim over the phone, said Lt. Two CT Women Nabbed Stealing $5K In Goods, Taking Police On Pursuit, Police Say Two Connecticut women were nabbed allegedly stealing more than $5,000 in goods from a Fairfield County store. Denaisha Stephenson, age 29, of Manchester, and Tania Anderson, age 34, of Hartford, were arrested by Greenwich Police on Tuesday, April 20, after responding to a Greenwich Avenue store for a report of shoplifting, said Lt.
