Suspect In Murder Of NY Woman Fatally Shoots Himself In Front Of Cops In Connecticut A man who had allegedly murdered a woman earlier in the day in the Hudson Valley shot and killed himself in Connecticut in front of police when cornered. The incident began around 9 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 31 in Rockland County when the Ramapo Police discovered a 56-year-old woman lying on the ground on Innwood Drive suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the Hillcrest section of Ramapo. One Critically Injured After Two-Vehicle Crash At Busy Intersection One person was critically injured in a two-vehicle crash overnight at a busy intersection in Fairfield County. It happened at about 11 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16 in Stamford at the intersection of North State Street and Canal Street. A 2017 Jaguar being driven by a 23-year-old Norwalk resident was traveling eastbound on North State Street through the intersection of Canal Street when it collided with a 2012 Ford Escape that was being driven by a 22-year-old Wilton resident, said Sgt.
