New Haven County resident Garrette Cruz, 22, of Waterbury, who is considered a highly-functioning man with autism went missing around 11:50 a.m., Sunday, July 23 from Rumford Street in Waterbury. According to Lt. Ryan Bessette of the Waterbury Police, Curz is described as being 6-foot-6 with a thin build and blonde hair. Police Search For Missing 40-Year-Old Connecticut Man Police have asked the public for help locating a missing 40-year-old Connecticut man. Louis Sanchez-Dejesus was last seen in New Haven County in the area of Midland Road in Waterbury at about 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 25, according to the Westbury Police Department. Police said Sanchez-Dejesus left a group home facility without permission, and he suffers from medical conditions that require medication. He is described as being about 5-foot-6 and 130 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair, police said. Authorities said Sanchez-Dejesus was last seen wearing red shorts and a black shirt.…
