Police ID 37-Year-Old Waterbury Man Found Shot Dead In Empty Apartment Police in Connecticut are working to find a killer after a 37-year-old man was found shot to death in an empty apartment. The incident took place in New Haven County on Sunday, March 19 at 300 Hill St., in Waterbury. The victim, identified as John Rosario of Waterbury,  sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead shortly after police arrived on the scene at the multi-family apartment house, said Lt.
