Norwalk Felon Charged With Shooting Himself, Police Say A 25-year-old Norwalk man who was shot, causing a large response, has been charged with shooting himself and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. Moses Jeannot turned himself in to Norwalk Police on Tuesday, March 21 for the incident which took place on Monday, Feb. 20 on Dry Hill Road. According to Norwalk Police Sgt.
