The incident happened in Hartford County just before 3 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2 on I-384 in Manchester. Connecticut State Police Troop H in Hartford received multiple calls reporting a wrong way driver traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes. Driver, Passenger Killed After Car Crashes Down Embankment On CT Roadway, Police Say Connecticut State Police are asking the public for help identifying two people who were killed in a single-car crash. The crash took place in New Haven County on I-91 in North Haven around 8 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 30 near Exit 12. Police said a 2011 Hyundai Sonata was traveling northbound on I-91 when it passed the off-ramp and ran off the road to the right.  The car then traveled down an embankment and collided with a tree, causing the car to catch on fire, state police said. 2 Cars Burst Into Flames Outside CT Gym Two cars and part of a fence were destroyed by fire in Fairfield County while their owners were exercising inside a gym. The fire took place in the town of Fairfield around 9:50 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 15 in the parking lot of the Equinox Gym located at 226 Old Post Road.
