Road Rage: Man Pulls Gun During Alleged Waterbury Incident A Connecticut man has been arrested after police say he followed a man into a parking lot and pulled out a gun while yelling at him. The New Haven County incident occurred in Waterbury in the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 9.
