CT Man Accused Of Threatening To Assassinate Judge A Fairfield County man is behind bars for allegedly making a threat to assassinate a Superior Court judge. Norwalk resident Nicholas Supple, age 48, was arrested by the Connecticut State Police at his place of work on Saturday, Aug. 31. Troopers were made aware of the threat made during a phone conversation between Supple and a call taker from a Judicial Call Center in Hartford. CT Man Exposes Genitals To Child Riding Bike, Police Say A Connecticut man who allegedly touched his genitals while in view of a child riding a bike has been charged with risk of injury to a minor. Luis Segura-Montero, age 59, was charged on Thursday, Sept. 28, for the incident that took place in Hartford on Wednesday, July 5 in the area of Mapleton Street. When officers arrived, Segura-Montero had left the area.
