Police Investigate Damage To CT Facility Housing Ballots An investigation is underway after a possible break-in at a facility in Fairfield County that holds election equipment and ballots. Double-Fatal Shooting: Men Found Shot In SUV On CT Roadway Police are investigating a double homicide after two men were found shot to death in a vehicle on a Connecticut roadway. The incident took place in New Haven around 7:55 a.m., Saturday, April 1 in the area of Winthrop Avenue and Goffe Terrace. Officers responded to the area after receiving calls of nine gunshots being fired and located two men in a parked Acura MDX mid-block on Winthrop Avenue, said Capt. CT Man Charged With Manslaughter In Three Overdose Deaths, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been charged in connection with three overdose deaths that happened in one day two years ago. Xavier Flores, age 38, of Norwalk, was arrested in Stamford on Wednesday, April 20 for the deaths which took place on Thursday, July 16, 2020. On July 16 around 9:13 a.m., Stamford Police were dispatched to a call of three unresponsive people in a blue Toyota Rav4 parked near St. Benedict Circle and Dale Street.  Firefighters and medics responded rapidly and used multiple doses of Narcan in an effort to revive the occupants, said Capt.
