According to New Haven Mayor Justin Elicker the employee who worked in the city's Office of Vital Statistics, sent dozens of marriage licenses she thought were questionable, reported NBC Connecticut. NBC said the employee, Patricia Clark, told her supervisor she had sent 73 marriages that occurred between August and November to the US Citizens and Immigration Services.
