Restaurant Workers Save Person From Raging Fire In CT A person burned during a blaze in Fairfield County was rescued by good Samaritans who work at a nearby restaurant.  The incident occurred in Norwalk on Friday, April 26, in the rear of 607 Main Ave.  According to Deputy Chief Jonathan Maggio of the Norwalk Fire Department, arriving firefighters found a 1,000-square-foot area of brush burning between the Norwalk River and the rear parking area. Person Found Dead In Car Floating In Norwalk River Norwalk resident Aren Craft was found around 12:15 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 8 after police, marine unit, fire, Stamford Fire Department rescue divers and EMS officials responded to the area of Moodys Lane for a car in the water.
