The incident occurred in New London County around 10: 30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 4 in the area of in the area of Jefferson Avenue and Roosevelt Street, in New London. Man, Woman Charged In Strangulation Death Of 17-Year-Old CT Girl Two Connecticut residents have been charged with the strangulation death of a 17-year-old girl found when police responded to a report of an unresponsive female. New London County resident Dnazia Uzzle, age 17, of Groton, was found on Saturday, April 15, around 3 a.m. at a home in the area of Jefferson Avenue and Buchanan Road in New London.
