CT Man Charged With DUI For Sleeping Behind Wheel, Driving On Sidewalk: Police A Fairfield County was charged with allegedly driving under the influence after he was reportedly sleeping in his car in the roadway and then driving on two wheels on a sidewalk. Adian Ricardo Pryce, age 37, of Stratford, was charged on Friday, March 1 after Greenwich Police responded to reports of a driver asleep in his vehicle in the roadway. Capt. John Slusarz of the Greenwich Police said when officers arrived they stopped a dark-colored Lexus sedan driving with the passenger wheels on the sidewalk on Valley Road.  A check of Pryce's record showed he was driving on an expired regis…

Drunk, Wrong Way Milford Driver Nabbed On I-395: Police A Connecticut man has been arrested after police said he traveled the wrong way down both a highway and an interstate. The New London County incident happened on Friday, Jan. 12 through Montville and Norwich, according to Connecticut State Police. At around 12:55 a.m. on that day, 62-year-old Robert Sylvester was reportedly seen driving his Jeep Wrangler westbound in the eastbound lanes of Route 2A in Montville. Wrong-Way Driver From Torrington Drove Under Influence In Thomaston, Police Say An alleged wrong-way driver on a busy Connecticut highway who was stopped by state police has been charged with driving under the influence. The incident took place in Litchfield County around 9:15 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 10 on Route 8 in the area of Exit 39 in the town of Thomaston. Connecticut State Police responded to the area after receiving several 911 calls reporting the wrong-way driver.
