At least six people were injured when a building under construction partially collapsed, trapping at least five people. The incident took place in New Haven County on Lafayette Street in New Haven around 12:30 p.m. Friday, June 2. An investigation is underway after the roof of an abandoned Fairfield County church collapsed, destroying the building and shutting down traffic. The incident took place around 5 p.m., Sunday, April 3 in Bridgeport on Barnum Avenue.
