1 Shot, 1 Pistol-Whipped Outside Connecticut Nightclub, Police Say A woman was shot and a man was pistol-whipped outside a Fairfield County nightclub known for calls for police service. The incident took place in Bridgeport around 1:40 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 27 outside Club Azul located on Federal Street. According to Capt. Kevin Gilleran, of the Bridgeport Police, officers were on patrol in the area of Federal Street and Madison Avenue when they reported hearing gunshots coming from the area of Federal Street.  The officers located a 27-year-old Bridgeport woman suffering from a single gunshot wound to the leg on Federal Street outside Club Azul, Giller…

Man Stabbed To Death Outside CT Nightclub, Another Critical, Police Say One man was killed and another is in critical condition following a stabbing outside a popular Fairfield County nightclub. The incident took place in Bridgeport around 1:55 a.m., Sunday, June 5 at the. Club Azul, located at 922 Madison Ave. When officers responded to a reported stabbing/assault at the club, they found a 27-year-old Bridgeport man with deep wounds and lacerations to his torso, said Capt. CT Man Nabbed For Sexual Assault, Home Invasion, Police Say Police were able to quickly nab a man wanted for the sexual assault of a 21-year-old Fairfield County woman.
