37-Year-Old Seriously Injured After Being Hit By 2 Cars Near CT Intersection A Fairfield County resident was seriously injured after being hit by two vehicles. The incident took place in Stamford, around 7:10 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 19 in the area of East Main Street, and Lawn Avenue. According to Stamford Police Sgt. Jeffrey Booth, officers responded to a report of a bicyclist hit by a vehicle.  The bicyclist, a 37-year-old Stamford resident, suffered visible injuries during the collision that were initially thought to be non-life threatening, Booth said. CT High School Student Killed In Crash A 15-year-old Connecticut high school student who was a police cadet was struck and killed while riding his bike. The crash happened around 3 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 20 in Hartford County, in the parking lot of a Mobile gas station in Berlin, at 2005 Berlin Turnpike. Police responded to the gas station for a report of a car striking a bicycle, said Berlin Chief of Police Matthew McNally. The victim, Chase Anderson, of Berlin, was transported to the Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain where he was pronounced dead, police said. Police say the driver remained on the scene. Man Struck By Police Vehicle Outside Local CT PD Station, Cops Say A Fairfield County man was injured after being struck by a police vehicle in front of a local department's headquarters. The incident took place in New Canaan around 9 p.m., Monday, June 27 in front of the New Canaan Police Department at 156 South Ave. The New Canaan Police vehicle was exiting the parking lot of 156 South Ave., to turn right onto South Avenue to head north, said Lt.
