Person Shot At CT Shopping Center Parking Lot A Connecticut man was found shot in a shopping center parking lot after police received multiple 911 calls. The incident took place in New Haven County around 6:30 p.m., Thursday, June 22 in the parking lot of Rite Aid and Marshalls at 407 Main St., in Ansonia. According to Lt. Patrick Lynch of the Ansonia Police, the first officers on the scene found a man suffering from a gunshot to the lower body.  Medical personnel responded to the scene and the man was transported to a local hospital for treatment, the wound is not life-threatening, Lynch said.
