A Connecticut woman is facing serious charges after allegedly driving while intoxicated and speeding the wrong way on Interstate 395, nearly hitting oncoming cars head-on, according to police said. Troopers had to crash into her SUV to bring the dangerous pursuit to an end, authorities said.
