Wrong-Way Driver Caught With Explosives, Alleged Narcotics, More In Litchfield: Police A man has been charged with driving under the influence and more after he was found to be driving the wrong way down a highway in Connecticut. The Litchfield County incident occurred on Saturday, June 15 in the town of Litchfield, according to Connecticut State Police. Road Race Arrest: CT Man Nabbed After Fleeing State Police A Connecticut man who was allegedly racing another driver on Route 15 was nabbed by state police after fleeing. New Haven County resident Dakotah Chiodo. age 22, of Wallingford, was arrested on Wednesday, June 21 after state police tracked him to his home.
