On Friday, Dec. 10, a federal jury in New Haven today found the following men guilty: Drew Rankin, age 60, the former chief executive officer of the Connecticut Municipal Electric Energy Corporation, James Sullivan, age 55, former chairperson of the CMEEC Board of Directors,  John Bilda, age 57, former City of Norwich representative on the CMEEC Board of Directors. The department in Westchester County is the first in the area to receive delivery of its first fully electric police vehicle as the department looks to alternative fuel and green technology, said Hastings-on-Hudson Police Chief David Dosin.
