CT Man Missing In Water Rescued By Police A Fairfield County man was rescued from the water by police after he was reported missing. The incident took place around 6 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 9, in Westport, said Lt. David Wolf, of the Westport Police.  According to Wold, Westport Police officers responded to Saugatuck Shores on a report of an elderly male who was missing.  Several officers immediately began to search the area and a short time later the missing man was spotted partially submerged in the water, Wolf said.  Given the temperature of the water, it was imperative that the officers immediat…
