The crash took place just before 5 a.m. near Haviland and New Roads in Ridgefield, police said. The closure is between Stonehenge Road and Haviland Road, police said. The closure was northbound in Westport between Sherwood Island/Route 476 (Exit 18) and Route 1/Center Street (Exit 19) on Saturday, Nov. 28.
